Services Provided

Services include, but are not limited to: (1) all pleadings, such as complaints, answers, demurrers, motions to strike, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and summary judgment and/or summary adjudication motions (and oppositions); (2) all written discovery, such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission, site inspections and subpoena (both propounding and responding); (3) discovery motions, such as motions to compel discovery and oppositions; (4) pretrial writs of attachment; (5) trial preparation, such as motions in limine, witness lists, exhibit lists and trial briefs; (6) post trial proceedings, such as motions for new trial, motions to tax costs, etc.; (7) simple and complex research projects; (8) writs and appeals.
